First 60 liter Denuder Type Segregator:

These high resolution photos (not retouched) are views of our first denuder type segregator. This system uses a constant pressure vacuum pump connected to the 1 1/8" copper fitting (shown in the right-hand picture). The other view (left) shows the input ports. While there are three ports, only two are used (UP & DOWN). The MidBand port is fitted with a sintered metallic filter reducing contamination to the valves, flow meter and pump. The flow rates are well controlled within the target range of 6-to-60 liters per minute.

The internal valves (not shown) select the air flow path. The box also contains a small HT-DOS computer controlling the valves and accumulator, monitoring flow rates, measuring temperature, and managing the sonic anemometer.

We currently expect normal production of this product by January of 2009.
